Since China implemented Economic Reform and opened up, the economy has grown rapidly, so as the evolution of economic and the trade relationships between China and the United States has become more intimate. However, there have been a long-standing problems about trade friction between China and the United States, especially the trade deficit. Eventually, the US-China trade war was triggered in July 2018. US-China trade war has caused the considerable effect on the operations of international corporation such as Taiwanese and Japanese entrepreneurs in China. In particular, most of the goods invested and manufactured by Taiwanese entrepreneurs in China are exported to the United States. Under the fierce confrontation of this trade war, Taiwanese entrepreneurs suffered the significant influence and the profits were severely damaged. The attack which Taiwanese entrepreneurs were underdone by the US-China trade war has highlighted the importance of Taiwanese entrepreneurs in political risk management. Therefore, this research adopts a Taiwanese entrepreneur who export sheet metal products to the United States as object of a case study. Using literature reviews and interviews with Taiwanese entrepreneur by semi-structured questionnaire to collect important information. After analyzing the inductive data, the suggestion of the Taiwanese entrepreneur in political risk management are proposed.
