suggestions and quotations according to the needs of the owners. The case describes how Shine Soon
Information Inc. make decisions when faced with the needs of the owners, and put forward plans and
quotations that are beneficial to itself to survive in a highly competitive society.
This case is divided into two parts, including the case text and the teaching note. The case text is about
Hsiang-Yi Tseng, the chairman of Shine Soon Information Inc., as an enterprise manager’s decisionmaking description in winning projects and providing quotations. The direction of the teaching note
hopes that students can generate practical experience through simulation approach, so that students can
understand how to be a competent service provider and owner to ensure that the outsourcing market will not fail, and a win-win outcome in economics textbooks can appear.
