This study hopes to acknowledge that how Taiwanese enterprises manage the investmentsin Mainland China to hold their competition status in international market, by thedata of bicycle industry. The interprises with different competition strategy approach whichare low cost, differentiation and focus market, have some investing motives and goals commonly,but in some other items there exists meaningful relations with their competitionapproach. Also the function strategies of businesses in Mainland includes production, marketing,finance and personnel strategy, there appear some common activities and othersdifferent with the correspondense of competition strategy. In the future, after the growthof Mainland commercial environment and familiarity of Taiwanese inversting in there, theenterprises will more emphasize the choice of international competition. The managementof Mainland investments will also be more influencial for their internationalization.
