　　　　　本研究探討主題為現代化宗教組織之科層化傾向，首先就宗教組織於現代化過程中，在組織成就其為「現代化組織」的前提下，其組織結構發展所遭遇的困境加以說明。此乃就不論任何形式之宗教組織，在現代化社會效率、效果要求下，展現其維續生存的操作性內涵而言。而此種發展途徑，實際上是越來越傾向於高度科層式的現代化組織的共同形式。次就研究例證：「教會聚會所」，一現存已具七十年歷史的宗教組織發展歷程，做階段性比較。透過對該組織發展歷史的了解，可以發現宗教組織在組織發展的過程中，如何透過教義的重新詮釋，提供組織目標變更的合法性。從而將宗教組織帶向一制度化、科層化的組織運作路徑。最後本文將就宗教組織發展困境、科層化過程、神學詮釋三者，在宗教組織發展上的關聯性，做理論上的探討與分析。
　　　　　This article tries to discuses the tendency of bureaucratization in modern religious organization. To begin with, the complex process of modernization including such requirements as "modernization organization" will be covered. Whether a group is a sect or denomination, it must adopt some form of government. We should note, however, that despite its original form, the polity of any group in the contemporary world tends toward efficiency and effectiveness as the group continues to exist. In this regard, more and more, denominations and their congregations are being operated on models approximating the bureaucratic ones used in governmental agencies, businesses, and other large-scale organizations. Secondly, the development of religious organizations with a 70-year-old history will be compared stage by stage. By using the "Assembly Church" as an example, it will be shown how religious organizations legalize their organizational objectives by means of new interpretation of the theological doctrine. Finally, this article theoretically analyzes and discusses the relationships of the development of religious organization in terms of the dilemma of a religious organization's development, process of bureaucratization and theological interpretation.
