　　　　　本研究以全民健保特約診所的觀點，來探討資訊科技對診所作業所能帶來的效益 、分析診所會採用的影響因素與未採用的原因，期能提供診所的反應訊息，俾使全國醫療資 訊網的推動，更臻完美與順利。 由研究結果顯示 (1) 醫師們普遍認為診所電腦化所能帶來 的效益是「提早取得健保申報費用的暫付款」、「簡化人工作業」。(2) 診所未採用資訊科 技的主要原因是「目前作業式已經滿足需求」、「政府缺乏完善輔導計畫」、「全民健保政 策不明確」。(3) 醫師的性別、年齡、教育程度、以及獲取電腦知識來源，皆會影響診所採 用資訊科技的意願。(4) 醫療政策環境、診所面臨的外部商業環境皆是影響診所採用資訊科 技之重要關鍵。(5) 診所採用資訊科技之主要決定因素有十項。其中，「資訊廠商的推銷」 、「醫藥分業的推動」、「簡化人工作業」、「提昇醫療形象」等因素對採用程度則呈負面 的影響。
　　　　　This research investigates the effect of computerization on medical clinics and analyzes factors influencing computer use, this providing information needed improvement to the implementation of the National Medical Information Network. The four constructs of medical clinic policy, external environment, organization internal environment, expected benefit of computerization are used to anlayze factors that influence computer use. The research results include (1)Medical physicians believe that computerization can benefit by lessen the time it takes to obtain national healthcare insurance operations, and improve the image of medical treatment. (2)The reasons that clinics have not yet to computerize include satisfaction with present record-keeping operation methods, the lack of a comprehensive government plan to guide computerization, the unclarity of present national healthcare insurance policy. (3)Physician's sex, age, education level, and source of computer in information affect the willingness to use computers.(4)The medical treatment environment and the business environment in which clinics operate affect the use of information technology. (5)There are ten items in Factors determining computer use. Computer sales promotions, the promotion of separate medical treatment and pharmaceutical functions, simplification of task operations, and improvement of the perception of medical treatment have a negative affect on computer use.
