     本研究乃是班級經營有效策略之探討,從班級經營實務上著手,先分析班級經營 的意義及內涵, 包括「級務經營層面」、「教學經營層面」、「班級常規管理層面」、「 學習環境經營層面」、「班級氣氛經營層面」、「親師溝通層面」及「偏差行為輔導層面」 等六大層面。 最後從班級經營的整體範圍,來探討教師有效的班級經營策略,以提供國小 教師在班級經營實務上之參考。
     The purpose of the study was to analysis the practice of classroom management and to explore its effective strategies in elementary school. The effective strategies in classroom management can be concluded as follow: 1.The strategy of administrative management in Classroom. 2.The strategy of instructive management in Classroom. 3.The strategy of building rules in Classroom. 4.The strategy of learning environments management in Classroom. 5.The strategy of communication with parents. 6.The strategy of guidance for misbehaving or disruptive behavior.
