創業活動中的機會識別,是創業研究的核心問題。本文引入機會識別的理論框架,對于當下十分活躍的傳媒創業現象進行考察,并提出傳媒創業項目的機會識別應該從市場需求、競爭環境、團隊優勢、商業價值四個維度展開評估。具體而言,傳媒創業者首先應該對創業機會進行一般性評估,特別是對創業機會所處的目標市場的市場需求和外部競爭環境進行分析。在此基礎上,創業者需要轉向更為個體化的機會識別匹配過程,評估自己的團隊優勢與該創業機會的契合程度。此外,傳媒創業者還應評估創業機會的商業價值,即觸及受眾的高頻次使用的需求,并具備在特定領域規模化發展和后續盈利的潛力。
