【目的/意義】個體知識協同行為(Id-KCB)和團隊知識協同行為(T-KCB)在組織的網絡柔性對創新績效的影響過程中起中介作用,探討其內在機理對組織有著重要的意義。【方法/過程】本文通過數據調查,利用結構方程模型方法,剖析了"網絡柔性"對創新績效影響過程中的Id-KCB、T-KCB的中介效應。【結果/結論】研究表明,網絡柔性對Id-KCB、T-KCB均有顯著的促進作用;T-KCB對創新績效很強的正向促進作用,而Id-KCB對創新績效并沒有顯著的正向相關性,但是Id-KCB在一定程度上正向影響T-KCB。因此,網絡柔性可以通過Id-KCB、T-KCB的中介效應(一階或二階)對創新績效產生正向影響。
【Purpose/significance】Individual Knowledge Collaboration Behavior(Id-KCB)and Team Knowledge Collaboration Behavior(T-KCB)play an mediating role in the process of organizational Network Flexibility(NF)on innovation performance,and discussing the inherent mechanism is of great significance to the organization.【Method/process】Through the data investigation,this paper analyzes the mediating effect of Id-KCB and T-KCB in the process of NF on innovation performance by using structural equation model(SEM)method.【Result/Conclusion】The research results show that Network Flexibility can significantly promote Id-KCB and T-KCB;T-KCB has a strong positive effect on innovation performance,while Id-KCB has no significant positive effect on innovation performance,but Id-KCB has a certain positive effect on T-KCB.Therefore,the network flexibility can have a positive impact on innovation performance through the mediating effect of Id-KCB and T-KCB(first-order or two-order).
