論文提要
過去研究產銷互動方面的相關文獻,主要係針對企業的「情境變項」對企業的產銷「互動過程」進行探討;然而,隨著新興資訊科技與網路科技的迅速崛起與成長,近年來,許多企業紛紛對資訊科技投入大筆的資金、人力與時間,希望可以透過新興資訊科技藉以整合企業產銷之間的資訊系統,期盼可以為企業的產銷「互動過程」帶來正向之影響。儘管,於MIS學域中有不少學者強調資訊科技對於組織各個層面均會具有一定之影響程度,然而,影響之方向與效果為何,一直以來之實徵研究結果呈現眾說紛云之現象。因此本研究主要引用「組織理論」中的「社科理論」與「情境理論」,作為探討企業的四項「情境變項」對於產銷兩個「互動過程」直接之影響;此外,亦探索企業應用「資訊系統整合度」之高低程度下,企業的四項「情境變項」對於產銷兩個「互動過程」之干擾效果,可以增進台灣企業對於此議題上的瞭解。本研究主要係探討產銷互動層次上之群體間「戰略與作業層次」作為分析單位。產銷互動的相關研究自七○年代以來一直是產銷學域研究的焦點,但納入「資訊系統整合度」進行跨學域之研究並不多見。。
本研究主要共分成兩個部份:第一部份乃是探討企業「情境變項」中的「組織結構」、「組織氣候」、「市場變動性」與「技術變動性」對產銷「互動過程」中的「界面一致性的差距」與「資源分享程度的差距」之影響;第二部份則是探索「資訊系統整合度」是否會對前述主要變項間產生干擾作用。本研究係針對台灣新竹科學工業園區46家企業(共計184位受測者)進行實徵研究,採用之研究方法為多重線民(multiple informant)的樣本調查之方式。
本研究主要研究結果如下:(一)整體而言,企業產銷的兩項「互動過程」(包括「界面一致性的差距」與「資源分享程度的差距」)乃是受到企業的「組織結構」、「組織氣候」、「技術變動性」所直接影響,主要變項間的假說大部分獲得成立;(二)企業應用不同的「資訊系統整合度」中的「功能、資料與界面整合」與「電腦應用整合層級」的程度之下,企業的四項「情境變項」對於企業產銷的兩項「互動過程」具有不同干擾之影響,此部分的假說大部分不成立。
