本研究目的在於探討樂齡學習者社會支持與使用健康存摺與成功老化之關係,並比較不同背景變項在成功老化成效之差異。採用問卷調查法,研究對象為台南市、高雄市參與樂齡學習中心課程學員,以立意隨機方式抽取有效樣本512人,有效回收率85%。主要測量變項包括:信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、敘述性統計、皮爾森相關分析、與迴歸分析等進行資料處理,獲得研究結果,如下:壹、樂齡學習者的社會支持以「訊息性支持」占最多數;貳、樂齡學習者的使用健康存摺以「認知有用」層面占最多數;參、樂齡學習者使用健康存摺與性別、年齡、教育程度、婚姻狀況、自覺健康狀況等變項有關;肆、樂齡學習者的成功老化以「終生學習」得分較佳;伍、樂齡學習者的成功老化與性別、教育程度、自覺健康狀況等變項有關;陸、樂齡學習者的使用健康存摺與成功老化具有正相關;柒、樂齡學習者社會支持及使用健康存摺對成功老化具有預測力;
最後根據研究結論,提供樂齡學者、樂齡教育機構及政府部門、後續研究者變項、對象、方法之進一步研究借鏡。

In this study, the purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between social support and the use of My Health Bank; and successful aging of senior learners, and to compare the effect of different background variables on successful aging. Then a questionnaire survey method is used. The subjects of the study are Tainan and Kaohsiung students who participated in the senior learners learning center course. And 512 valid samples are randomly selected with the effective recovery rate of 85%. The main measurement variables are as follows: reliability analysis, independent sample T-test, one-way ANOVA, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis are used for data processing. The results are as follows: The first is that the information support accounts for the most of the social support of senior learners; the second is that the use of My Health Bank;s by senior learners accounts for the most in terms of cognitive usefulness; thirdly, the use of My Health Bank;s by senior learners is related to gender, age, education level, marital status, conscious health status and other variables; fourthly, the score of successful aging of senior learners is better than that of lifelong learning; the fifth is that the successful aging of senior learners is related to gender, education level and conscious health status; the sixth is that the use of My Health Bank; of senior learners is positively correlated with successful aging; the seventh is that the social support of senior learners and the use of My Health Bank; can predict the success of aging; finally, according to the conclusion of the study, it provides further research reference for senior learners, senior learners educational institutions and government departments, and follow-up researchers' variables, objects and methods.
