題名:南部地區中高齡公務人員退休準備、自我效能、社會支持與成功老化關係之研究

本研究旨在探討南部地區中高齡公務人員退休準備、自我效能、社會支持與成功老化關係之研究。為達研究目的,本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象為南部地區50歲以上中高齡公務人員,研究工具為研究者參考具相當信、效度之量表編修之「南部地區中高齡公務人員退休準備、自我效能、社會支持與成功老化關係之研究調查問卷」,依據分層抽樣,針對南部地區50歲以上中高齡公務人員752位進行問卷調查,有效問卷回收602份,有效問卷回收率80%,將所得資料以SPSS27.0版統計軟體進行獨立樣本的t檢定、單因子變異數分析、典型相關分析、雙因子變異數分析及迴歸分析等。本研究獲得以下結論:
一、不同公務年資的中高齡公務人員,在退休準備上,部分有顯著差異。
二、不同性別、年齡、教育程度、自覺健康狀況的中高齡公務人員,在自我效能上,部分有顯著差異。
三、不同性別、自覺健康狀況的中高齡公務人員,在社會支持部分有顯著差異。
四、不同性別、公務年資、教育程度的中高齡公務人員,在成功老化部分有顯著差異;不同自覺健康狀況,在成功老化上有顯著差異
五、中高齡公務人員退休準備、自我效能、社會支持與成功老化有顯著之典型相關。
六、不同服務所在地與退休準備組別的中高齡公務人員在成功老化有顯著差異。不同背景變項與自我效能組別的中高齡公務人員在成功老化無顯著差異。
七、不同年齡、服務所在地與社會支持組別的中高齡公務人員在成功老化有顯著差異。
八、中高齡公務人員退休準備、自我效能、社會支持能顯著預測成功老化。
依據上揭研究結論,針對中高齡公務人員、公務人員主管機關及未來相關研究等提出具體建議。
This study aims toexplore middle-aged elderly civil servants’retirement preparation, self-efficacy, social support and successful aging inSouthern Taiwan. To do the research, it conducted a questionnaire survey on civil servantsaged 50 and above in southern Taiwan. Taking reference from a scale withconsiderable reliability and validity, it designed the questionnaire on therelationship between retirement preparation, self-efficacy, social support andsuccessful aging of middle-aged elderly civil servants in southern Taiwan.Adopting stratified sampling, it issued the questionnaire to 752 civilservants aged 50 and above in southern Taiwan. It recovered 602 copies of validquestionnaires with a valid response rate of 80%. The data obtained wasprocessed with SPSS 27.0 for independent-sample t test, one-wayANOVA, canonical correlation analysis, two-way ANOVA, and regressionanalysis. This study showed the following conclusions:
1. Middle-aged elderly cvil servants with differentyears of civil service had partially significant differences in retirementpreparations.
2. There were partially significant differences inself-efficacy among middle-aged elderly civil servants ofdifferent genders, ages, education levels, and self-perceived health status.
3. Middle-aged elderly civil servants withdifferent genders and self-perceived healthstatus had partially significant differences in social support.
4. There were partiallysignificant differences in successful aging among middle-aged elderly civil servants of differentgenders, years of civil service, and education levels. There were significantdifferences in successful aging among middle-aged elderly civil servants of differentself-perceived health statuses.
5. Retirement preparation, self-efficacy, and socialsupport of middle-aged elderly civilservants were significantly canonical correlationwith successful aging.
6. There were significant differences in successful aging among middle-agedelderly civil servants in the group of different service locations and retirement preparedness.There were no significant differences in successful aging among middle-agedelderly civil servants in the group of different background variables and self-efficacy.
7. There weresignificant differences in successful aging among middle-aged elderly civil servants in the groupof different ages, service locations, and social support.
8. Retirement preparation, self-efficacy, and socialsupport of middle-aged elder civil servants could significant predictsuccessful aging.
Based on the above-mentioned conclusions, this study proposed concrete suggestions tomiddle-aged elderly civil servants, competent authorities of the civil servants,and future studies.
