題名:綠色管理與利害相關人關係之研究:臺灣1000大製造業之實證分析

     為迎接綠色新世紀,企業在其經營活動中應和利害相關人合作;而確認和平衡不同利害相關人的環保需求,是2000年代企業的關鍵性挑戰。本研究採用Herniques and Sadorsky (1999)的分類,將利害相關人分為法規的、組織的、社群的以及媒體的利害相關人等四種類型,探討不同職務(生產主管、環保主管與行銷主管)間、不同產業(傳統工業、基礎工業與技術密集工業)間,其綠色管理與利害相關人的的影響是否有顯著差異;以及綠色管理與利害相關人的影響之間的相關性。 本研究實證臺灣1000大製造業中包括:傳統工業(紡織、造紙及印刷、水泥);基礎工業(化學材料、塑膠製品、橡膠製品、鋼鐵);技術密集工業(電子、資訊及通訊),在240個有效樣中,研究發現:不同職務間,在綠色管理上沒有顯著差異;在利害相關人的影響方面,社群的利害關係人這個構面有顯著差異,而行銷主管高於環保主管,其餘則沒有顯著差異:不同產業間,在綠色管理上有顯著差異,基礎工業比技術密集工業與傳統工業具較多綠色管理;在利害相關人的影響方面,除了法規的利害相關人這個構面沒有顯著差異,其餘均有顯著差異。綠色管理與法規的、組織的、社群的以及媒體利害相關人,呈顯著正相關。
     In order to welcome the new green era, enterprises should cooperate with stakeholders in their operational activities. Enterprises should ensure and balance the environmental protection demands of various stakeholders. It has been the key challenge for enterprises in the 2000s. This study adopts the classification of Herriques and Sadorsky (1999) which has divided the stakeholders into four types: regulatory, organizational, community and media. This study discusses whether there were significant differences concerning the influence of green management and stakeholders among different job duties 9chief of production division, chief of environmental protection division and chief of marketing division) and different industries (traditional industries, basic industries and technology-intensive industries) as well as the relationship of the influences between green management and stakeholders. This study includes the Taiwan 1000 manufactures, including traditional industries (textile industry, papermaking & printing and cement), basic industries (chemical materials, plastic products, rubber products and steel) and technology-intensive industries (electronics, information and telecommunication). In 240 effective samples, the study concludes that there are not any significant differences on green management among different job duties. In terms of the influences of stakeholders, community stakeholders exhibit significant differences. The influence of chief of marketing is greater than that of chief of environmental protection. Others don’t have any significant differences. Among different industries, we find significant differences on green management. Basic industries have more green management than technology-intensive industries and traditional industries. In terms of the influences of stakeholder, there were significant difference except for regulatory stakeholders. Green management has a direct correlation with regulatory, organizational community and media stakeholders.
