題名:知識類型與知識管理期望及使用意願關係之研究

     知識管理過去研究主要探討三大部分的問題,一為知識類型,二為知識管理架構的建立,三為知識分享意願的形成,本研究經過文獻探討,發現在知識形成的過程中,知識類型的不同會影響使用者對於知識管理工具的使用期望與使用意識,而分享態度則會成為明顯的干擾因子。研究結果發現,知識管理工具使用者不會因為知識類型的不同而影響其對知識管理工具的期望,分享意願也不會造成干擾,但是會因為知識類型的不同而影響其對知識管理工具的使用意願,而分享意願的高低則會明顯的扭曲使用意願上的判斷,形成公司進行知識管理活動時,造成管理知識行動上的錯誤判斷。本研究在學術上釐清了管理工具使用者在期望與意願上之差異,並且在實務上提供了管理者在進行工具流程建構時,應注意的內在活動參考。
