在強調知識經濟的時代裡,組織必須不斷吸取新知,以開發產品和創新。因此對領導者而言,領導風格隨著時代改變,應該著重引導和鼓勵使組織內員工們各盡所能,發揮能力。大學校院體育主管的領導風格究竟為何,而體育教師如何產生組織公民行為以提升績效都有待實證研討探討。有鑑於此,研究者認為瞭解目前我國大學校院體育主管領導風格與體育教師組織公民行為之相關課題確有其必要性。
In the era of knowledge economy, organizations have to absorb new knowledge in order to develop and innovate new products. As a result, leaders should put emphases on inducing and encouraging employees to make their efforts to do what they ought to do well in the changing world. What is chief’s leadership style of physical education at university (college) and how physical educational faculty possesses organizational citizen behavior to improve school’s performance are expected to be researched. It is thought to be necessary in this paper to clarify and understand issues concerning chief’s leadership style of physical education and physical educational faculty’s organizational citizen behavior at universities and colleges.
