題名:傑出表演藝術家藝術生涯歷程之研究

     本研究乃是邀請六位降出表演藝術家成為研究參與者,經由深度訪談及蒐集相關文件資料的方式進行個案研究,據以瞭解傑出表演藝術家之藝術生涯歷程、綜合研究結果,茲提出以下對論:傑出表演藝術家之藝術生歷程及影響因素可分為家庭環境因素、藝術工作之養成教育、從事藝術工作之歷程、生命中的貴人之引導與影響以及時代背景之影響。 家庭環境之的包括有家長的影響、配偶的技持以及家庭環境背景;藝術工作之美成教育分為啟蒙階段、正式學術以及機運與轉捩點三方面;從事藝術工作之歷程可分為思考與工作習慣、解決問題及克服困難之特性、藝術工作高峰期及藝術工作甘苦談;這幾位藝術家回憶起自己生命中的貴人都心懷感恩,所謂之「貴人」,包括了藝文界的守門人、國外的名師、知音好友、學藝歷程的因師等;時代背景因素包括顛沛流離中的堅?,情境式的薪傳以及臺灣藝文風氣的提昇。0-
     Participants consisted of six distinguished performing artists. Case studies were employed through in-depth interviews and data collection in an aim at acknowledging process of careers by these artists. In view of the results, conclusions were achieved as follows: their artistic career attributed a great deal to family factors, spousal support, and family background. Growing education could be divided into three stages: head start, formal discipline, and turning points. Career of artistic jobs included thinking, work habit, problem-solving, vintage and experience sharing. They all appreciated some life beneficial others for their in-time guidance. These people included “door keepers” of the arts, foreign well-known educators, confidant, and school teachers. As for time background, they referred mainly to persistence in adversity, setting transference, and blooming of artistic development in Taiwan.
