本計劃應用教學系統設計發展一套教導青少女預防骨質疏鬆症網路遊戲。首先以訪談方式及問卷調查進行需求分析及學習者分析，根據分析結果訂定遊戲學習目標及內容再依學習者之特性進行遊戲軟體螢幕、介面、互動及音效設計，發展本網路施戲教材，教材雛形制作完成後，進行專家及使用者形成性評鑑，檢視與修正遊戲軟體內容。本網路遊戲提供青少女多元化的學習情境，強化其執行健康促進行?的與趣興意願，同時亦可達到寓教於樂的功效。

　　　　　In carrying out their research plan, the researchers used the Instruction System Design to develop a network game to prevent osteoporosis among adolescent females. First of all, demand analysis and learner analysis were adopted to explore data gathered from interviews and a questionnaire. In accordance with what was learned from that analysis, a variety of programs were set up. After that, the learner's characteristics were integrated into a system together with a software screen, interface, interaction and sound effects as a model osteoporosis prevention game. The authors solicited evaluations from professionals and users to improve the game. With this network game, not only do we provide a diversified learning environment to reinforce adolescent females' interest in and willingness to carry out health promotion behavior, but we also entertain and inform our users.
