Since long ago, distinguished athletes have always been cynosures in the society. Especially after being globalized and commercialized, they not only achieved both fame and wealth, but their struggles for success also became popular inspiring materials. However, behind these distinguished athletes are numerous primary coaches who have quietly been devoting their whole lives to cultivate outstanding athletes. Their importance to the development of Physical Education and the respect they deserve are usually neglected. The study bases on the interview to a primary coach who has long contributed to soccer the sport with semi-structural interviewing approach focusing on quality. Besides exposing a respectable and inspiring figure of physical education worker, the interview, through the imagination of sociology, simultaneously reveals that social change and social culture both severely affect the domestic development of soccer the sport nowadays. Also from the interview, the existence of social stratum can easily be seen. By referring to James Coleman's theory in sociology and taking the promotion of Korea for example, the researchers expect that our fellow countrymen can value the primary coaches more to develop high qualities of Physical Education.
