In order to understand the factors influencing college student organizations' Participation in community services, the exploration surveyed nation-wide 751 college students who participated n the service of "Promoting the Development of Student Organizations at Elementary and Junior High Schools' sponsored by Ministry of Education. Results showed that although much knowing the importance of participation in community services, college students had relatively low satisfaction on such participation. And especially the followings were among the least satisfaction: the amount of subsidy, information sufficiency, preparation procedures completeness, reward for participation, and procession as schedule. The factors according to the participation satisfaction from high to low were "work achievement and growth", "work process and efficiency", "work skills and performances", and "school administration and management," Students' districts and beliefs would influence the above results. Discussions and suggestions were provided.
