題名:人事人員個人背景對工作滿意度之研究--以T公司為例

本研究主要在探討T公司人事人員工作滿意度情形,以T公司人事人員工作滿意度情形,以T公司全體人事人員個人背景為自變項、工作滿意度為依變項,透過文獻探討、問卷調查等方式分析探討,共得有效問卷323份(占全部393人之82%),所得資料採描述性統計、信效度分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法。經因素分析後,工作滿意度構面由原工作本身、工作環境、薪資待遇、升遷考核、主管領導、人際關係、進修等七個,選取五個並重新命名為升遷考核、關係領導、進修、工作環境、薪資待遇。分析結果發現,工作滿意度各構面平均分數為薪資待遇4.2098、工作環境3.8824、關係領導3.7864、進修3.6207、升遷考核3.3800;不同婚姻狀況、教育程度不會影響工作滿意度差異;不同性別、年齡在工作滿意度上有顯著差異;不同組織規模在工作滿意度上無差異;不同組織層級、服務年資、職等、職位對工作滿地度有顯著差異。研究結果提供T公司及其上級主管機關之參考。
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the job satisfaction for personnel staffs' personal background of T Corporation, take the personnel staffs' personal background as from variable, the job satisfaction for depends on variable, penetration way analysis discussions and so on literature discussion, questionnaire survey, altogether effective questionnaire 323 (Accounts for 82%th complete 393 person), the obtained material picks statistical methods and so on description statistics, letter validity analysis, t test, single factor variance analysis. After the factor analysis, the job satisfaction construction surface by works originally itself, the working conditions, the salary treatment, is promoted the inspection, the manager leads, the interpersonal relationship, the further education and so on seven, selects five and names for is promoted the inspections, the relational leadership, the further education, the working conditions, the salary treatment. The analysis result discovered that, the job satisfaction each construction surface mean value divides into the salary treatment 4.2098, the working conditions 3.8824, the relations leads 3.7864, takes advanced courses 3.6207, is promoted inspects 3.3800: The different marital status, the education level cannot affect the job satisfaction difference; The different sex, the age have the remarkable difference in the work degree of satisfaction; The different organization scale does not have the difference in the job satisfaction; The different organization level, the service period of service, the duty and so on, the position have the remarkable difference to the job satisfaction. The findings provide T Corporation and reference the higher authority controlling organization.
