The purpose of this report was to describe the nursing experience of care a patient with coronary artery disease accept coronary artery bypass grafts induce body and mind disturbance. The assessment was based on the concept of the whole-man and human responses. The four major health problems were as following: acute pain, ineffective airway clearance, ineffective tissue perfusion, and anxiety. The author Provided psychological support with empathy to assist the patient coping with the health problems, and help the patient successfully discharged from hospital, and led the patient having positive attitude toward disease adjustment.
