題名:男性參與有氧運動課程的身心感受及阻礙因素之分析研究--從教練的角度分析

  本研究主要目的在以教練的角度來探討男性參與有氧運動課程,自身成受妨害其參與運動的主客觀看法及改進建議。研究以1990 年成立之國立中山大學有氧運動社每週二次的運動課程男性參與者為對象,平均每次課程大約有35 人,其中男性約有6-8 人,包含學生、教師、職員等等。為了達成研究目的,本研究採用質化研究取向,並以訪談、參與觀察及問卷調查等為蒐集資料之主要方式,就所蒐集的資料進行分析。研究之結果經歸納後,發現在課程設計方面:認為某些課程,如拉丁有氧中含有拉腰擺臀的動作,有時令他們很不好意思,但是他們仍會完成動作。建議多加入一些如Kickboxing、Body combat、HIP-HOP及重量訓練等課程,覺得更容易吱引男性來參加。一致認為教練具專業性,課程內容不但多元化又充滿樂趣,值得肯定與認同。在成受方面:課程中覺得心情愉快,流汗的感覺很棒。雖然是少數族群,但不在意運動中女性較多的問題。因為教練不要求有氧緊身服,故覺得很自然。如果可以加強網路及其他宣導,覺得可以提高男性在有氧課程的參與率。在訓練效果方面:舒解壓力、減重塑身及提昇體適能。
  The main purpose of this study is to discuss male participants in aerobic exercise classes from trainer's perspective to have first-hand experience in order to offer suggestions for improvement. This research subjects have participated twice per week in aerobic classes at National Sun Yat-sen University. Each class has approximately 35 participants with only about 6 to 8 male, who are students, faculty members or employees. This research takes a qualitative approach by combining the following methods: interviews, participant observation and questionnaires. Results are as followed: First, curriculum (a) While particular class like Latin aerobics would include movements such as twisting the waist and hip, male participants are often embarrassed but still can complete the movements. (b) Suggestions to include courses like Kickboxing, body combat, hip-hop, and weight-training to attract more male participants. (c) Unanimous agreement with trainer's professional background and curriculum is diversified and fun. Second, experience (a) Participant moods are content with the classes and feel sweating is good. (b) Even though male participants are of smaller population, they do not mind the fact that female population is larger in number. (c) Since trainer does not require participants to wear skin-tight aerobic clothing, male participants are at easy. (d) Population of male participants can increase if advertising on web and other sources are emphasized. Third, effects (a) Release pressure.(b)Lose weight and shape body; (c) Promote physical fitness.
