Nowadays, riding bicycles has become an important leisure activity. It is not only good for health, but also helps in saving money caused by transportation. This study aims at exploring the relationship between perceived freedom of leisure and flow experience among bikers. Data were collected from 402 bikers at bike trails of Mt. Bagua, Changhua via questionnaires by convenience sampling. Item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis reveals the scales of perceived freedom of leisure and flow experience as adequate measurement tools. Furthermore, the results show positive relationship between perceived freedom of leisure and flow experience by canonical correlation analysis. That is, when bikers perceive higher level of freedom, they are more likely to have flow experience. Therefore, it is suggested to enhance bikers' perceived freedom of leisure.
