本研究主要目的在探討大學運動員的運動目標取向和團隊規範對運動員精神的影響。本研究以329名大學運動員為研究對象(男223名、女116名)。本研究使用的工具有運動目標取向量表、團隊規範量表和運動員精神量表。所得資料以階層迴歸分析加以驗證。研究結果如下:一、工作取向與團隊規範對運動員精神有交互作用影響,且工作取向可正面影響運動員精神。二、自我取向無法預測運動員精神,但是團隊規範會負向影響運動員精神。三、社會取向可正面影響運動員精神。本研究結果可提供教練在實務上的參考,利用塑造大學運動員的工作取向與社會取向特質,並避免營造攻擊與欺騙的團隊規範,將可提升運動員精神的發展。
This study examined the effects of sport goal orientation and team norm on sportsmanship for college athletes. 329 college athletes (male 223, female 116) used as the subjects in this study. All the subjects were administered to the Sport Goal Orientation Inventory, Team Norm Inventory, and Sportsmanship Inventory. The collected data were conducted by hierarchical regression. The findings were as follows: 1. the task orientation and team norm could interactively affect the sportsmanship, and the task orientation could positively predict the sportsmanship. 2. the team norm could negatively predict the sportsmanship and 3. the social orientation positively predict the sportsmanship. These results could be used as reference for coach in training, promoting the athletes' task orientation and social orientation, and diminished the attack and cheat of team norm.
