在網路安全的考量下運用「網路預約掛號」資訊科技以提昇服務品質及病患滿意度,爲目前各醫療機構積極努力目標。本研究選擇臺灣南部兩家有進行網路掛號之重要大型醫學中心的看診病患爲研究對象,以問卷調查法進行研究,問卷共發放700份,得到有效問卷590份,有效回收率爲84.3%。進行結構方程模式分析,其結果發現如下:1.服務品質對病患滿意度有正面的影響。2.網路安全性對服務品質有正面的影響。3.網路安全性對病患滿意度有正面的影響。
To utilize information technology by adopting the online appointment system under the consideration of network security to improve service quality and patient satisfaction is presently the top priority for every healthcare institution. A total of 700 copies of questionnaire from two medical centers providing the online appointment system service in southern Taiwan were distributed, among which 590 valid copies were retrieved with a response rate of 84.3%. After the statistics and estimation with the structural equation modeling, the findings are as follows: (1) the service quality has a positive effect on patient satisfaction; (2) network security contributes a positive effect on service quality; and (3) network security contributes a positive effect on patient satisfaction.
