本論文討論行動遠距教學的特性並分析行動遠距教學的成效。我們提出包括教學時間存取度、教學地點存取度、和教學存取度改善成效等參數。而為了更深入地探討行動教學，我們設計實作一個建立在第三代(3G)行動通訊網路與校園無線網路(WiFi)的環境上的行動遠距教學系統，此系統可提供使用者存取行動遠距教學和行動直播教室功能。以義守大學資管系的師生為例的分析結果顯示，該系統可獲得的教學存取度改善成效可達3.32。這樣的結果告訴我們行動教學系統的使用對時間與地點限制較多的學生，其教學存取度改善成效會較好。

This paper investigates the characteristic and performance of mobile distance learning. We propose the accessibility in time and in place as well as the accessibility improvement factor (AIF). Moreover, we design and implement a prototype system, which is based on 3G and WiFi networks, to support mobile distance learning and classroom live video functions. The performance evaluation shows that the prototype system can achieve 3.32 of AIF. From this study, we can conclude that students learning with more constraints on time and places would obtain higher AIF.
