本研究的主要目的旨在探討大專院校籃球選手知覺教練領導行爲與其團隊凝聚力發展的情形。特編制『大專籃球教練領導行爲及團隊凝聚力問卷』爲研究工具。以2008年參加大專院校籃球聯賽決賽之男、女籃球代表隊隊員爲受試對象；發放問卷240份，有效回收問卷219份，有效回收率爲91.25%。以描述性統計、t檢定、皮爾遜積差相關等統計方式進行分析，結果發現：一、不同性別大專院校籃球選手在知覺教練領導行爲的「專制行爲」及「社會支持行爲」兩層面上有顯著差異。二、不同性別大專院校籃球選手在團隊凝聚力的「團隊合作」及「團隊適應」兩層面上具有顯著差異。三、大專院校籃球選手在知覺教練領導行爲與團隊凝聚力之相關上，除了在「專制行爲」與「人際親和」及「人際吸引」層面無顯著相關外，其他各層面均達顯著相關；且顯示出教練的「專制行爲」越多，對於「團隊合作」及「團隊適應」越有不利的影響。

The purpose of this study was to understand the coach's leadership behavior and team cohesion at high schools basketball team. The study subjects were 219 male and female University basketball players from 16 teams of University final by The 2008Year. Research instrument "The scales of question naive" was administer. Descriptive statistics, T test and Pearson Correlations were utilized for data analysis. With the scope of this study, the following conclusions were reached: 1. There were significant difference in coach's leadership behavior in gender. 2. There is significant difference in team cohesion in gender. 3. In the relationship between the coach's leadership behavior and team cohesion were aware, there was significant difference in every dimension except the "Autocratic behavior" of the coach's leadership behavior and "Interpersonal affiliation", "Interpersonal attraction" of team cohesion.
