The purpose of this study was to understand the coach's leadership behavior and team cohesion at high schools basketball team. The study subjects were 219 male and female University basketball players from 16 teams of University final by The 2008Year. Research instrument "The scales of question naive" was administer. Descriptive statistics, T test and Pearson Correlations were utilized for data analysis. With the scope of this study, the following conclusions were reached: 1. There were significant difference in coach's leadership behavior in gender. 2. There is significant difference in team cohesion in gender. 3. In the relationship between the coach's leadership behavior and team cohesion were aware, there was significant difference in every dimension except the "Autocratic behavior" of the coach's leadership behavior and "Interpersonal affiliation", "Interpersonal attraction" of team cohesion.
