This study is based on the expectancy-value theory to explore the participation of students in acts of exercise and to examine the sports belief of expectancy and value promoted changed of physical fitness disadvantaged students after the exercise at the lohas sports station. The participation in research include: 32 boys, 27 girls; the experimental group 32 students, control group of 27 students. After 24 times (lasting 8 weeks) of the exercise at the lohas sports station, the contrast results between the experimental group and the control group shown by the test of mixed design (Two-way ANOVA) analysis indicated the ability expectancy, the required effort, the expectancy cost from significant others, the task-value, and the sports belief of expectancy and value of physical fitness disadvantaged students are significantly raised;while the psychological cost of failure of physical fitness disadvantaged children are decreased significantly.
