有鑑於國內餐飲教育蓬勃發展，餐飲科系學生實習時之性騷擾問題頗值得探討。本研究採用焦點團體訪談法，針對二專餐飲管理科男女學生，分四組共三十七位進行訪談，試圖瞭解其面對實習時性騷擾問題的實際狀況。研究結果顯示，學生對性騷擾的認知可分為言語騷擾、肢體碰觸、非言語騷擾與開玩笑性質四種類型；曾遭遇的性騷擾狀況可歸納為客人、上司及同事性騷擾三種，遭受性騷擾的情形頗為普遍，但多為言語、眼神、碰觸等騷擾狀況，並未提及猥褻、強暴等性傷害事件。另外，整理出九種學生最可能遭遇性騷擾的情況，及依事前預防、立即反應、事後處理探討受擾學生的反應及處理方式。後續研究建議可針對個案作進一步深度訪談，或透過問卷對全國餐飲科系學生進行較大規模量化之研究，以增進對該議題全面性之瞭解。

In view of the flourishing development of Taiwan's hospitality education, sexual harassment issues confronting students during their practical training at restaurants deserves further investigation. The current study adopts focus group interview technique, aims at two-year junior college students majoring Food and Beverage Management, and attempts to understand the situation confronting them during their practical training period. Four groups of students, a total of 37, were interviewed. The results indicated that the perceptions of students toward sexual harassment could be classified into four categories: verbal harassment, sexual touching, nonverbal displays and harassment of joking nature. Students experienced harassment from guests, superiors and colleagues. It is rather common for students to experience sexual harassment through verbal, eye contact or touching, but no cases of obscenity, rape or sex injury were mentioned during the interviews. The study sorts out nine different conditions that students were most vulnerable for sexual harassment. The reactions and manners that students handled harassment wore further classified into three categories: prevention beforehand, immediate response and action afterwards, and examples wore given for each. For future research, it is suggested that in-depth interviews can be carded out for individual cases identified from the current study, or apply large-scale quantitative study utilizing questionnaire survey to collect data from nation-wide students, so the above mentioned issues can be understood from a comprehensive point of view.
