The Study investigates the sixth grade students' perception on success learning in Tainan City elementary school and analyzes the differences among variable of students' background. In addition, the study analyzes the correlations among variable of goal setting, learning motivation, learning strategies, time management and learning satisfaction. The data were collected from a self-designed survey titled Questionnaire of Success Learning in Tainan City Elementatry School Students. The subject were 749 elementary school students of five and six grade in Tainan City by stratified random sampling, with 664 valid responses returned. According to the findings of this study, conclusions are reached as follows:1. The five grade students' perception is higher than grade six students' on the dimension of goal setting.2. The female gender's perception is higher than male gender on the dimension of learning motivation.3. The socioeconomic status students' perception is higher than low socioeconomic status students' on the dimension of goal setting, learning motivation, learning strategies and time management.4. There was no difference among gender, grade and socioeconomic status on the dimension of learning satisfaction.5. The results showed a significantly positive correlation among goal setting, learning motivation, learning strategies, time management and learning satisfaction. The degree was between low to medium positive correlation.
