籃球運動為目前全民參與率最高的球類活動項目之一，而現在的籃球競技，更發展成一項具有高度靈巧的個人技術及變幻莫測的戰術，已成為一種高度精細的一項競賽運動。自1980年K教練接任杜克大學總教練職位，可謂稱得上是NCAA歷史上戰績彪炳的教練之一，他是贏過最多全國64強賽事的教練（77次），帶領杜克大學打進4強賽（11次）又帶領美國夢幻隊拿下2012年倫敦奧運冠軍。而手上的4次全國冠軍金盃，是所有現任美國大學籃球教練中最多冠軍的教練。從K教練訓練計畫中瞭解到籃球團隊合作的重要性及其關鍵，除要有無私心理及團隊意識，更要具備融為一體的觀念和經驗，才能成就岀一股更勝基本團隊的力量。本文主要目的在深入分析及說明美國杜克大學籃球之整套訓練模式與操作重點、原則及正確籃球訓練內容，協助國內籃球水準之提昇，並期能給予從事教練工作者作為訓練參考價值，進而增加訓練上的幫助。

Basketball is one of the most participative sport in the world. Nowadays, it even develops into a sophisticated sport requiring high personal skills and changeable tactics. Since Coach K take over the head coach of Duke University in 1980, he became one of the most respectful coach in NCAA history. Lead the team to top 64 in the nation 77 times, 11 times semifinals. Also, he leads the USA dream team to win the gold medal of 2012 London Olympic Men's basketball. In addition, those four championship rings he owned render Coach K the best coach in active.Through the training program made by Coach K, we can realize the importance and the key point of team work in basketball. Aside from selfless mentality and team conscious, the possession of correct concepts and sufficient experiences is crucial for a basketball player. However, it demands continuous training, specific learning, and having faith in each teammate to accomplish a superior force of teamwork. This study will focus on thorough analysis and the explanation of the training program of Duke University. The operating keys, the principles, and the correct training contents are three critical points in the study. We expect this study can promote the national basketball level and provide valuable references to other coaches for the further enhancement of training mode.
