The purpose of this study is to construct a supply chain management performance evaluation system for drugstore industry in Taiwan by using balanced scorecard. Two groups of object are selected to be our objects of this study: First one is the supply chain partners of drugstore. Second one is the managers of drugstore industry and experts of balanced scorecard. After literature review, the applied questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process is used to find the performance indexes of the supply chain management performance measurement systems. Balanced scorecard is used to measure the performance after their conducting strategic management. Finally, AHP method is applied to investigate the importance of four perspectives of balanced scorecard. The results from the AHP method and the synthesizing of 15 experts' opinions have shown the following rankings in order of importance: customer perspective; internal process perspective; learning and growth perspective and financial perspective.
