鋼琴彈奏是人類最複雜的運動之一。對鋼琴學習者而言,練習的重要性和必要性無論怎樣強調也不為過,因為他必須日日花上許多小時坐在那裡探索他的藝術。音樂的舞台是一面鏡子,它所反映的就是我們自己練習的影子。當學習者坐在鋼琴前,他就必須盡力去控制心智,以充份利用寶貴的時光。在練習中,永遠不能做白日夢。如果說攻克一個難題的第一步驟是要能聽出問題的存在,第二個步驟就是識別問題的原因,隨後應當考慮如何改進,如何找到最佳和最容易的途徑去改進完善它。訓練自己去做你知道很正確且重要的事情,即使有難度,仍是通往個人自豪和滿足感的坦途。 舞台恐懼使所有一般的缺點得以放大。想要完全投入到所演奏的音樂作品中,需要長時間的準備、精心、仔細地考慮它的細節。因此,彈奏的質量由前面準備的質量決定,認真仔細的準備工作是挑戰舞台恐懼的方法。本文分析了在鋼琴彈奏、練習和演奏上的個別問題,並對這些問題做出解答。
Piano playing is one of the most complex motor acts performed by human being. There is no way to overemphasize the importance, indeed the necessity, of exercise to a piano student, who must daily spend many hours pursuing his art from in a sitting position. Music stage is but the mirror upon which we cast our own practicing image. Having seated himself at the piano, the student must now exert intellectual control to make the most of his precious available time. In practicing, never daydream. If the first step on the way to overcoming a difficulty is to listen that something is going wrong, the second step is to discern the cause of the failure. Then one should think over how to improve the situation, how to find the best and easiest way to perfection. Disciplining yourself to do what you know is right and important, although difficult, is the high road to pride and personal satisfaction. Stage fright augments all ordinary defects. Deep penetration into the musical composition being performed is prepared by a long period of elaborate and minute consideration of its details. I would like to emphasize that the more careful, detailed preparatory work helps more than any thing else to overcome stage fright. This paper sets forth particular problem of piano playing, practicing and performing, and explain them.
