背景：對產後母親及嬰兒的照顧是非常重要的，也是我們中國文化或傳統所重視的，因此室內空間的健康性必須講究，是本論文研究重點。目的：針對玻璃材質及隔熱中介空間原理分析室內光、音環境現況問題。在檢視設置規則第8條之「護理機構設置標準表」中「建築物設計、構造與設備」項目第（二）點「一般設施」後，建議增設有關健康環境空間改善標準之建議草案。方法：針對玻璃材質及隔熱中介空間原理分析室內光、音環境現況問題。在檢視設置規則第8條之「護理機構設置標準表」中「建築物設計、構造與設備」項目第（二）點「一般設施」後，建議增設有關健康環境空間改善標準之建議草案。結果：由彙整之文獻及試驗數據可證，透由更換玻璃材質及增設隔熱中介空間方法，室內健康環境品質便可有效達到健康舒適規範基準值。結論／實務應用：由彙整之文獻及試驗數據可證，透由更換玻璃材質及增設隔熱中介空間方法，室內健康環境品質便可有效達到健康舒適規範基準值。

Background: Postpartum care for mothers and babies is very important. That is more attachable to Chinese culture and tradition. Therefore, we must pay attention to the health of indoor space for them. Purposes: To analyze the status of the problem for indoor light environmental and sound environmental thought the principle of glass and thermal insulation intermediary space. In the view of No.(2) ＂general facilities＂ in ＂building design, construction and equipment＂ for Rule 8 of the ＂The standards for establishing nursing home institutions ＂, to propose the draft of standards for improvement on health environment. Methods: Using literature review to collect the reference values of norms for light environmental, sound environmental and research of thermal insulation intermediary space is available. Thoughtful consideration of space allocation, glass, and compare of the relevant experimental data, will build the theoretical basis of study. Results: Experimental data and from literature review are provable. Through the replacement of glass and the creation of thermal insulation intermediary space, the quality of indoor healthy environmental is able to achieve effectively reference of health and comfort. Conclusions/Implications for Practice: It just takes more care about requirements of indoor environment, will improve quality for healthy. Introduction of concept for healthy building and feasibility techniques for improvement between planning of beginning, that is able to provide a healthy and comfortable environment of post-natal care for mothers and babies.
