Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the grasp and effects of table-tennis attack skill by introducing simulate forehand attacks exercise in teaching activities. Methods: the participants were 70 beginning students enrolled in table-tennis class in five-year college and two-year technical in Ta Hwa University Science and Technology. Students were chosen on a random basis and divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental teaching was executed for 8 weeks. Results: The results showed that the experimental group were superior to the control group, this two groups were strikingly different (p<0.05). Conclusion: the imitation forehand racket swinging exercise is a simple and effective to raise the score in teaching process, and helpful for beginning student's action stereotype.
