The aim of this study was to explore relations among motion intelligence, sport achievement motivation, and satisfaction. Subjects were selected from collegiate track and field open division athletes. Data was collected through survey by convenience sampling and analyzed via t-test, one-way ANOVA, Canonical Correlation Analysis, and Stepwise Regression Procedure. The result indicated that male score higher in self motion understanding. School team score higher than provincial team in motivation of pursuing success. Motion intelligence and sport achievement motivation were in direct proportion in self motivation and others motion awareness versus avoid failure and pursue success. In addition, self motion management; self motion understanding, and pursue success were important factors for satisfaction. Hence, to increase track and field athletes in motion intelligence could lead to higher sport achievement motivation, and satisfaction in order to elevate performance of track and field.
