本研究旨為分析不同循環高強度間歇循環運動對體適能的影響與差異。招募6 名受試者分組實際驗證,將結果歸納整理後,以描述性統計法進行分析。研究結果發現︰實驗後男性運動頻率與成效次數方面優於女性;女性成長幅度與穩定性優於男性;男性爆發力成長幅度優於女性;男女頻率與節奏表現沒有差異。再者,單循環受試者體適能明顯較不穩定,身體機能持久性差,衰退期發時間早,所需恢復時間較長;雙循環受試者整體表現較為穩定。研究發現兩種循環皆出現不同的運動適應週期性,但若能採用第二種模式的運動規劃與處方,再加強運動強度,的確有助參與者體適能的發展,並且成果將勝過單循環運動模式。
The main aim of this study was to analyze the impact of different cycle interval training intensity on sports performance and physical fitness. The current study recruited 6 trial subjects and divided them into 2 groups to test. Descriptive statistic was employed to analyze the data, which revealed that 1) the exercise frequency and effectiveness of males are superior to females; 2) the growth rate and stability of females are better than males; 3) the rate of increase in explosive force of males is better than females; 4) there was no frequencies and cadences difference between males and females. Furthermore, we found that the physical fitness and durability of single cycle subjects were worse than the double cycle subjects. Therefore, they need more recovery time. The data also uncovered that the exercise adaptive periods of two different cycle subjects were obviously different. This study suggested that the participants should adopt the double cycle training method and increases their exercise intensity, thus they would have better physical fitness and sports performance.
