題名:全身性振動之熱身模式對跑步經濟性之影響

本研究目的在探討不同全身性振動(whole body vibration, WBV)頻率之熱身模式對於跑步經濟性(running economy, RE)是否有顯著之影響。本研究以12名健康成年男性作為參與者。所有參與者在實驗前皆接受最大攝氧量測驗(maximal oxygen uptake, VO_2max),隨後以重覆量數與對抗平衡次序之設計分配至高振動頻率處理(HVT, n=12)、低振動頻率處理 (LVT, n=12)與控制處理(CON, n=12)等3次實驗處理。HVT處理之參與者在跑步經濟性測驗(85% VO_2max)前接受高頻率之WBV(頻率:50Hz;振幅:1.5mm)、LVT組之參與者則接受低頻率之WBV(頻率:30Hz; 振幅:1.5mm)作為熱身活動,而CON處理在測驗前則不進行熱身活動。本研究分析運動中第5分鐘(E5)、第10分鐘(E10)、第15分鐘(E15)、運動後休息第5分鐘(R5)、第10分鐘(R10)之攝氧量、心跳率與自覺量表數值。本研究以相依樣本二因子變異數分析(ANOVA)分析不同振動頻率之WBVT對於跑步經濟性是否有顯著差異,顯著水準α訂為.05。研究結果顯示振動熱身之處理(HVT處理與LVT處理)在E5、E10、E15的攝氧量皆顯著低於CON處理。而血乳酸、心跳率與自覺量表方面,HVT處理及LVT處理與CON處理皆無顯著差異。因此,本研究結果發現全身性振動熱身可顯著提升跑步經濟性,但不同振動頻率間並無顯著差異存在。
