This research was purposed to explore the interference on academic achievement wielded by physical fitness in view of the reward system among the 5th and 6th graders of elementary schools. The experimental subjects in this research were recruited from the students of a certain elementary school on the Taoyuan County. Elementary school students were requested for the tests of physical fitness with the analysis focusing on the academic achievement of 7 major learning fields. There were totally 432 students joining to serve as research samples. All the data obtained were analyzed by the Statistical Software SPSS 19 and conducted by means of descriptive statistics and hierarchical regression analyses with results conducted as below. Students advantaged with excellent cardiopulmonary capacity and rewarded with excellent physical fitness performed better in the academic achievement of mathematics and languages. Therefore, it was available to improve students’ cardiopulmonary capacity simultaneously with the capacity to win the rewards due to excellent physical fitness well enhanced. As such, it was feasible to effectively improve students’ academic achievement in languages and mathematics. In this research, based on conclusions and suggestions, it was hoped the reference for upcoming research effort could be available for educational sectors, schools and teachers.
