題名:亞太創意技術學院學生運動習慣與睡眠品質之調查研究

本研究目的旨在瞭解亞太創意技術學院學生的運動習慣與睡眠品質現況,希望針對研究結果提出相關建議並提供教學相關單位之參考。以308 位學生(男生184 人、女生128 人)為研究對象,平均年齡為19.75±1.47 歲、身高166.36±9.41 公分、體重64.97±16.21 公斤,研究工具為匹茲堡睡眠品質量表,所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0 套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定與Tukey 多重比較等方法進行分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、學生有運動習慣的 (41.6%)比率比無運動習慣(58.4%)低。二、全體睡眠總分6.06±2.88 分,睡眠品質不佳(PSQI≧5 分)的比率為58.4%。三、有運動習慣組平均睡眠總分5.86±3.07 分較無運動習慣組的6.20±2.73 分低,有運動習慣組的睡眠品質較好。四、不同BMI 三組在睡眠品質比較上有顯著差異(p<.05)。結論:亞太創意學院學生的運動習慣與睡眠品質尚有改善的空間,研究證實,規律運動可以改善睡眠品質,因此建議可透過體育教學並鼓勵學生參與運動性社團的方式,藉由身體活動及培養規律運動習慣以改善與提升個人的睡眠品質與健康。
This study is to understand the status of exercise habits and sleep quality of Asia-Pacific Institute of Creativity students, in order to suggest and provide reference for teaching-related units. Subjects are 308 college students (184 Male and 128 Female) with average age 19.75 ± 1.47 years old. The height was 166.36 ± 9.41 cm and the weight was 64.97 ± 16.21 kg. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index was used to evaluate the quality of sleep. Data were analyzed with SPSS for windows 18.0 package statistical software processing, to describe the statistics, independent samples t-test and Tukey multiple comparison method for analysis, a significant level as α = .05. As the results, we got four consequences. First, the rate 41.6% of exercise habits was lower than the rate 58.4% of non-exercise habits. Second, the overall sleep total score 6.06 ± 2.88, poor sleep quality (PSQI ≧ 5) was 58.4%. Third, the exercise habit group average sleep total score 5.86 ± 3.07 less than the group without exercise habit 6.20 ± 2.73, the sleep quality of is better exercise habit group. There were significant differences in sleep quality among the three BMI groups (p<.05). To sum up, exercise habit and sleep quality of APIC students need to be improved. Regular exercise habit can improve and enhance the individual's sleep quality and health. Therefore, it is suggested that physical activity and development should be promoted through PE teaching and encouraging students to participate in sports clubs.
