當今的臺灣社會，「療癒閱讀」蔚為時尚風潮，而療癒閱讀即是所謂的「書目療法」，其係以閱讀作為情緒療癒與促進個人心理健康的方式。在臺灣，圖書館書目療法服務方興未艾。爰此，中華民國圖書館學會「閱讀與心理健康委員會」，舉辦「邁向健康幸福人生：2017年書目療法服務圖書館實務經驗分享」論壇，期讓圖書館從業人員，明瞭在當今紛擾不安的社會中，施行書目療法服務對讀者心理健康促進的意義，以及服務運作的模式。本文綜整論壇中各類型圖書館分享的實務經驗，同時，透過網路搜尋引擎，檢索圖書館書目療法服務的相關資料；之後，運用網路內容分析法，分析檢索所得，以窺見臺灣之圖書館書目療法服務的發展現況，並剖析其所面臨的困難與挑戰；最終，提出圖書館施行書目療法服務的前瞻方向與因應之道，藉供同道參考。
“Healing reading” has become a trend in Taiwanese society. Healing reading is essentially “bibliotherapy”, which refers to reading as an approach to promote emotional healing and personal mental health. As the popularity of healing reading rises, libraries, as the primary institutions for reading, must face the challenge of transforming their roles from “havens of knowledge” to “the healing place of the soul”. In Taiwan, bibliotherapeutic services provided by libraries are on the rise. Because of this, the Reading and Mental Health Committee of the Library Association of the Republic of China sponsored a forum entitled “Towards a Life of Health and Well-Being: 2017 Practical Experiences of Bibliotherapeutic Services in Taiwan’s Libraries”. Through the practical experiences of those who promoted bibliotherapeutic services, the forum highlighted how libraries can keep up with the times and respond to the trend of healing reading. The author first summarized the experiences shared by libraries participating in this forum. Next, using an online search engine, examined how different types of libraries in Taiwan have implemented bibliotherapeutic services. Finally, the author analyzed the search results using Internet content analysis to uncover the current development of bibliotherapeutic services in Taiwanese local libraries.
