本研究目的旨在探討大學生睡眠品質現況,並比較運動習慣與睡眠品質之間的差異性。以181位(男生69人、女生112人)逢甲大學生為研究對象,平均年齡為18.7±0.7歲;身高163.5±11.5公分;體重56.9±12.4公斤,研究工具為匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI),測驗所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述統計、卡方檢定與獨立樣本t檢定來進行統計,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、學生有參與社團的比率為35.4%,顯示學生參與運動性社團的意願還有改善的空間。二、在睡眠品質方面:平均睡眠品質總分為4.96±2.68分,睡眠品質良好(PSQI≤ 5)的比率為60.2%。三、在運動習慣與睡眠品質比較上達顯著差異(P<.05),顯示有運動習慣學生的睡眠品質較好。結論:運動可以提升睡眠品質,應鼓勵大學生多參與運動性的社團,培養運動習慣以改善個人的睡眠品質與提升個人健康。希望本研究結果能提供未來運動與睡眠相關研究上之參考。
The purpose of this study was to investigate that the sleep quality of physical education's students of Feng Chia University. A total of 181 students, including 69 males and 112 females participated in this study. The mean age is 18.7±0.7 years, height is 163.5±11.5 cm; weight is 56.9±12.4 kg. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used as main questionnaire. Data was analyzed by using SPSS windows 18.0 system for descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, and chi-square test, significance different is α=.05. The results shown the ratio of students participate in club was 35.4%, it indicate that the club participation of students need to improved. The average score of sleep quality (PSQI score) was 4.96±2.68. The ratio of good sleep quality (PSQI ≤ 5) was 60.2%. It means more than half students have good sleep. There are a significantly difference (P<.05) between exercise habit and sleep quality. There are positive relationship between sports participation and good sleep quality. We concluded that regular exercise can improve sleep quality. It is recommended that students can participate in sports club to develop regular exercise habit in order to improve and enhance their sleep quality and health. We hope the results of this study can be a reference for who are study the relationship between exercises and sleep quality.
