Curriculum level is the curriculam concocting rule which defines education destination in school, programs developing direction and making measures in subjects course. This research is in basis of that implementing and improving, music education in primary school we start from analyzing, comparing, and commenting the contents that are from the "NEW" curriculum level about elementary school's music coures which is issued in September 82, and from the "OLD" curriculum level which is issued and practiced in 64. And next, making profound examination about national basic musical education. Last, we end in the fature of elementary music education. Besides showing up the difference or the same, long or short, and fit or unfit about "NEW OLD" course level, the essay also censors the practicing methods of course level from several questions which conceal in dementary musical education. Besides, it also promotes the proposal principle of editing elementary school textbook. And in order to talley with needs of future musical teaching, it also propose to examine over and replan normal college music region of course.
