本研究乃應用文獻調查法，蒐隻羅素教育思想有關的著作，以了解羅素教育思想 精髓及其基本觀點，並藉以提出以下學校教育之啟示：在教育目的上，應培養學生成為世 界公民，具有實踐的行動力及理想品性。教育內容上注重品性教育的實踐，統整性與階 段性的智力教育。教育方法上注重實做與啟發。教師應具備教育愛及專業能力，以有效 勝任教學工作。

Because of Russell's educational ideology to bring up announcement of school education that include what follows: Educational purpose that to cultivate world citizen, capacity of practices and ideal moral conduct. Educational contents that to attach importance to practice of moral character and intelligence education of integrality and stage. Educational method to attach importance to operate and inspire. Teacher ought to be provided with educational love and professional ability in order to be equal to teaching mission.
