題名：成人生涯輔導需求與方案建構之研究--以空中大學為例

　　　　　本研究旨在探討成人的生涯輔導需求及建構生涯輔導方案。經分層隨機與叢集取 樣方式併用之多階段抽樣方式抽取1109位空大學生，以及以叢集取樣方式抽取117位參與 空大生涯輔導之相關工作者在調查問卷上的反應加以分析。而本研究為佐證所建構的方案之 可行性，亦以124位選修「生涯規劃與發展」課程之空大學生為對象，進行該課程實施成效 之探討。 本研究結果發現:(1)空大相關工作者與學生對於生涯輔導需求的可行措施有相當一致的 看法;(2)相關工作者生涯輔導專業需求之可行措施，因需求題項不同而有不同的看法;(3)選 修「生涯規劃與發展」課程的學生，其生涯輔導需求有顯著的改善。而本研究結果則據以建 構空大生涯輔導方案。 基於上述研究結果，本研究就空大生涯輔導方案的實施，以及未來的研究等方面提出建議。
　　　　　The main purpose of this study is to explore the needs of career guidance and Program Development for Open University students. The data were collected from 1109 Open University students and 117 Open University staffs, as well as 124 students from career planning and development course. After analysing "the needs of career guidance for Open University students scale score", the results were indicated as following : (1) the needs of executive strategy for career guidance were approved by both Open University students and staffs. (2) the professional needs of executive strategy for career guidance by Open University staffs were different because there were different need items in the scale of this study. (3) the needs of career guidance for students taking "career planing and development course" were improved significantly. Based on these results, an experimental program for Open University will be developed. Finally, about the application of "A career guidance program for Open University students" and further study were also discussed and suggested.
