本文以文獻回顧方式，彙整國內外有關學生運動員輔導與諮商的研究文獻，探討 學生運動員所面臨的六大心理問題，包括（一）入學適應；（二）學業；（三）訓練；（四 ）受傷； （五）就業及生涯規劃: 以及 (六 ) 藥物及飲食失常，並且，針對這些心理問題 ，分別從行政系統、課業輔導、受傷復健、生涯規劃、比賽訓練、以及藥物與飲食教育方面 ，提出有效輔導策略。本文最主要的目的在喚起大家能重視學生運動員的輔導問題，因為它 影響我國競技運動的發展以及體育活動的品質。

　　　　　This study reviewed and integrated the domestic and foreign literature to discuss the issues relating to student-athletes' psychological problems including (1) living adjustment; (2) academic efforts; (3) athletic training; (4) injuries; (5) career planning, and (6) drug abuse and eating disorder. Also, this study proposed six major intervention strategies which may be enhanced through administration, training, and education systems. The major goal of this study is to appeal sport related professionals in Taiwan to pay more attention on the student-athletes psychological problems and establish effective helping systems so to promote Taiwanese sport and physical activities' quality.
