在分析學術用戶信息檢索行為機理的基礎上,對用戶類型、情感控制、心智模型及檢索績效的關系進行分析。采用實驗法,收集了60名被試完成實驗任務的相關數據。數據分析采用獨立樣本t檢驗和多元線性回歸方法。研究發現:第一,學術用戶面臨的檢索任務類型不同,其檢索績效顯著不同。第二,交互式信息檢索績效的測量是一個復雜的問題。單獨采用時間和相關性兩個指標進行測量不全面,需要結合用戶的信息檢索過程進行綜合分析。第三,情感控制會對學術用戶的檢索績效產生顯著影響。情感控制高的用戶在完成任務時會調節信息檢索過程中的負面情感,更加有耐心完成檢索任務,花費較長的檢索時間從而獲得較高的相關性得分。建議今后文獻數據庫的優化設計需同時關注學術用戶的情感和認知兩個維度。
This study explores the relationship among academic user type, emotion control, users' mental model and users' information retrieval performance based on analyzing the information retrieval behavior mechanism of academic user. The experimental method is used to collect data and sixty subjects participant in this experiment. Independent sample T-test and multiple linear regression method are used to analyze the data. The results are as follows: Firstly,academic users have significant differences in information retrieval performance when they face different types of retrieval tasks. Secondly, interactive information retrieval performance measurement is a complicated issue, which should comprehensively consider the users' information retrieval process instead of just the retrieval time and relevance. Thirdly, academic users' emotion control has a significant impact on retrieval performance. In information retrieval task context, high emotion control academic users will adjust the negative emotions, finish the retrieval tasks more patiently and spend more time on retrieval to get a relatively high relevance score. The results suggest that optimization design of academic database should consider both users' emotion and cognition.
