[目的/意義]著眼于隱性知識的有效性,從隱性知識與其擁有者特征相匹配的視角研究隱性知識轉移過程。[方法/過程]首先通過知識有用性和易用性分析,界定隱性知識與使用者的層次匹配關系;其次通過隱性知識轉移的動態特征分析,研究隱性知識轉移的層次匹配關系;然后基于Herbart形式階段理論,分析隱性知識轉移的動態匹配過程;最后分析隱性知識轉移匹配性的影響因素和提升對策。[結果/結論]從知識匹配視角提出了隱性知識的4層次匹配關系,構建了隱性知識轉移的"知識建構—知識解構—知識重構"三階段過程,引入了知識守門人作為隱性知識轉移中介,以提升隱性知識轉移效益。
[Purpose/significance] Focusing on the effectiveness of tacit knowledge,this paper analyzes the dynamic process of tacit knowledge transfer from the perspective of tacit knowledge matching. [Method/process] First, according to the convenience and usefulness of knowledge, the paper stratifies the tacit knowledge, and the relation of level matching between tacit knowledge and users is analyzed. Then, through the study of dynamic knowledge matching of tacit knowledge transfer, the paper analyzes the level matching of knowledge supply and demand in the process of tacit knowledge transfer. Thirdly,based on J. F. Herbart's progressive development theory, the paper analyzes the dynamic matching process of knowledge transfer. Finally, the influencing factors of matching and the improving methods are analyzed. [Result/conclusion]The paper puts forward the matching relationship of 4 layers of tacit knowledge, designs a three-stage process of tacit knowledge transfer: "knowledge building-knowledge deconstruction-knowledge reconstruction"and builds the knowledge broker system based on knowledge gatekeepers, which can improve the effectiveness of tacit knowledge transfer.
