[目的/意義]發現研究數據管理服務的共性特征和識別優先發展戰略,為中國高校開展研究數據管理服務選擇合適的發展模式提供建議。[方法/過程]文章提出研究數據管理發展的三維概念模型RDM4D,基于此分析框架對英國羅素集團所屬大學研究數據管理網站進行實證調研和質性分析。[結果/結論]研究數據管理服務已經成為英國高等教育機構必備的普遍實踐。確定數據管理服務的4個關鍵過程域和21個關鍵實踐,識別核心服務和優先發展戰略,探討中國開展研究數據管理實踐面臨的問題。

[Purpose/significance] This paper aims to discover the common features and priority development strategies of research data management services,and provide suggestions on choosing appropriate development mode for research data management services in Chinese universities. [Method/process]The paper proposes a three dimensional conceptual model of research data management for development(RDM4D). Based on this framework,the paper conducts an empirical investigation and qualitative analysis on the research data management website of UK's Russell Group Universities. [Result/conclusion] Research data management services have become universal practices in UK' higher education institutions. Four key process areas and twenty-one key practices are defined,core services and priorities for development strategies are identified,and the problems faced by China to carry out research data management practices are discussed.
