文章根據"圖書館從業人員職業勝任力特征量表"調查問卷的統計結果,就有關圖書館管理者個人基本信息、職業勝任力情況、工作績效情況、相互關系等四部分內容,從理論基礎、研究步驟、研究內容、對策分析等角度進行描述性介紹和分析。研究發現:圖書館管理者具有突出的合作能力與自我價值感,但研究能力較低;從事過其他行業的管理者對圖書館工作感覺更好;專業性在圖書館管理者職業勝任力中缺位。
In this paper,an analysis is conducted on library managers’ demographic data,competency,job performance,and their correlation based on the statistics from Chinese Librarian Competency Scale,in terms of the theoretical frame,research process,main results,and suggestions.The research shows:library managers have the outstanding cooperative ability and self-value but lower ability for research;library managers engaged in other industries before have better feeling about library job;there is a lack of professionalism in librarian competency.
