題名:太極拳訓練對下肢肌力、本體感覺、平衡能力及步態肌電之影響研究

本研究透過動作分析系統、測力板、肌電儀及等速測力機探討經過太極拳訓練後對於下肢肌力、本體感覺、平衡能力及步態肌電之影響,以15位未練過太極拳之健康中年人為受試對象進行每週2次、每次1小時之太極拳訓練共維持12週,每隔4週檢測一次(前測、第4週、第8週及第12週)以探討其訓練效果,實驗結果以重複量數單因子變異數分析進行統計考驗,顯著水準定為.05。資料經處理分析及討論後,獲得以下之結論。
一、於每週2次且每次1小時之太極拳訓練下,膝關節肌力於第4週則有顯著進步,踝關節肌力至第8週有顯著進步。
二、經12週太極拳訓練(每週2次、每次1小時)對於膝、踝關節之本體感覺則無顯著差異,若欲增進本體感覺或許需進行每週3次以上之太極拳訓練。
三、於每週2次且每次1小時之太極拳訓練下,平衡能力、步態及肌電於第12週具有顯著進步。
四、太極拳緩慢且連續處於類似半蹲之動作形態,使得下肢肌力增加,進而增進平衡能力,此應為太極拳訓練能增進平衡能力之機轉。
The purposes of the study were to explore the effect of Tai Chi training on lower extremity strength, proprioception, balance performance and EMG activation during gait by motion analysis system, force plate, isokinetic dynamometer, and EMG system. Fifteen healthy middle-aged persons were involved in intervention program of Tai Chi training for 1 hour a day, twice a week for 12 weeks training. The difference of all data among each test in three sections (4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks) were analyzed by using One-way ANOVA repeated measures. The significant level was at 0.05. The final conclusions were as following:
1. The muscle strength of knee joint and ankle joint were both significantly improved after 4 weeks and 8 weeks Tai Chi training.
2. There was no significantly improvement on proprioception of knee joint and ankle joint after 12 weeks Tai Chi training (1 hour a day, 2 days a week).
3. The balance performance, gait kinematic parameters, and IEMG during supporting phase were significantly improved after 12 weeks Tai Chi training.
4. The slow and continuous semi-squat movement of Tai Chi which increace lower extremity strength should be the mechanism of improvement of balance performance.
